“When I phoned for advice the staff were very helpful and informative. I placed an order which was processed very quickly and efficiently and delivered next day. The product itself works and makes such a difference. I shall be ordering more.”

“I love these soft collars I suffer spondylitis and get pain in neck especially at night I wear a soft collar in bed as they are comfortable and help me sleep I think they are very good and the best thing about orthotiix is they do a narrower size so are very comfortable some other companies sell them but they are too wide and not suitable I have just purchased two more as they are reasonably priced and worth every penny delivery is fast and efficient I really recommend these collars for anyone with neck pain or arthritis problems they are really comfortable as size options make them a very good buy as well”

“Hi I have had the boxer shorts from you lots of times. They are the best They last me a long time as well and wash well But in the end the lastick does go around the waist But I just ordered 2 more pairs as they are comfortable as well👍”

“The Pavis support trunks have been an excellent find. I've been recovering from knee replacement surgery and building up my walking. So was disappointed when the inguinal hernia came on. You have to get a size which seems too small to get the support that works. I thought the additional support pieces you can insert would be useful but found they were too firm. Instead I use a rolled up sock in the area. I did wonder if some kind of gel pack would have been an idea. It seems expensive but so far I'm really pleased that I'm now walking 3 times as far without pain compared to before. So pleased in fact I bought another pair a week after the first.”
