“This is very easy ! Having found and bought a hernia compression brief while away in Australia , I needed another one or two upon getting back to the UK. Step forward Orthotix c/o 'Dr Google' who as it turned out were waiting for their supplier to fulfill a re-order of these briefs. Orthotix kept me posted about this; volounteered to email me once the re-order had been received; duly did so and consequently I am feeling very comfortable again.”

“I received what I ordered on time and in good condition. That’s the good news. I ordered XL in white pair and they were huge. I ordered a second pair L black which are very tight. I did not realise from the pictures that they are a different design. Also the measurement advice I found very confusing.. I now have two very expensive pairs, neither of which fit. I accept it was my fault but with an understandable no return policy this has proven to be a very expensive mistake on my part. I would not recommend buying these. As a pensioner this is a lot of money. By far the most expensive underwire I have ever purchased Better web site information and maybe some form of hygiene strip fitted so return is possible may be an improvement for other customers.”

You would need to contact us either via email at enquiries@orthotix.co.uk or via the telephone on 02920 370696 to arrange this. We do have a returns policy that we ask that all items are returned in the same condition they are sent in, all tags to still be on the products and all packaging to be in the return.
