“I purchased the small size. Did find the thumb area was very tight and long, it fitted over my knuckle. It did start to feel more comfortable as day went on.”

“Stickability if Velcro is huge. Difficult to disengage when holding dressing. Somewhat difficult to get the right tension between support and dressing. Gonna try the 9in to see how that works.”

“My son leg length it is 35cm but it was to large. The mechanisms it was poor quality, the button block/unblock wasn’t work well. But I was desperate to have a brace for my son so I cut the metal and use like this”

Hi We are sorry that this has happened and that you feel the mechanisms is of poor quality. I believe from your original correspondence the measurements that were given are different to the measurements you have mentioned above. If we were notified upon receipt that the knee support was unsuitable in size we could have issued a refund for you to purchase something more suitable. As this has now been modified we are unable to have this back I'm afraid. Many Thanks Orthotix
