“Good support for damaged swollen achilles tendon. I have two sets, one firm and one medium density. Quite different, if in doubt worth trying both. Can’t walk without them until it improves. Short distance I use the medium, for half a mile the firm density work better for me.”

“Very swift delivery, seems like a strong piece of equipment and appears well made. Only used for 3 days but certainly does what it's meant to do, lifts the front of the foot to avoid catching on minor changes in level. Hopefully no more bruises or blood!!!”

“I was searching for an alternative to the knee-length airboat which restricted one's movement and day to day activity . The solution was to be found in the Orthotic above ankle air boot which provided me with a lot more mobility. I must admit that it is more fiddly to put on especially fitting the plastic front support shield over the air pump. But, once on it felt very comfortable and enabled me to walk a bit more easily than before.”

“I was recommended these wedges by my physiotherapist when he found that my operated leg ( hip) was longer by 15 mm. To stop me swaying he told me to put one at the back of my shoe. It has worked wonders and my gait has improved immensely.”

“My daughter had Perthes when she was 9 and had an operation which was successful. She was however left with a slight leg length discrepancy. We had tried different insoles/elevators but none really suited until now. The 5 layer heel elevator is brilliant and has given her a real boost in her confidence. We will definitely purchase more of these from Orthotix, thank you so much.”
