“I found the software difficult to use when having a delivery address different to the billing address, you might care to take a look at that. Still waiting for delivery and unsure if it will be sent to my home address in Norway or to me here in South Korea. Please resend this rating document in a week and hopefully I will have received the Boxia Bundle”

“Ordered a size 4 through Amazon, it was too small so Ordered a size 5 & 6 direct from Orthotix. The 5 is minutely larger than the 4, and the 6 is massive, so still don't have one that fits.”

“Gel heel pad 8mm puchased after having rung customer services for advice. Very helpful. Substantially thicker than the one I had bought online and the mega expensive one I purchased in a well known chemist on advice from the pharmacist. I think my problem is that the heel bone is probably bruised and so despite the gel pad, it is still painful when my heel strikes the ground. Will definitely use this company again should I be in need of some other attachment!”

“I have bought many things over the years for my plantar fasciitis problem but the most comfortable ones are these full length silicone inserts. They help cushion the heel & are soft on the arch as well as the ball of the foot which is why they have the advantage over just the heel gel pads. The only negative which applies to both half & full length is that they do stick to bare feet & tend to come out of the footwear when your take your foot out. Wearing socks stops this for the most part. It’s something I can put up with as they work so well for me.”

“Bought these for a family member who is awaiting surgery for an inguinal hernia and is frequently in pain. He has found them to be hugely beneficial. Measurement of 112cm, he went for the large size and finds them comfortable enough. He tends to wear them when he’s out and about, rather than relaxing at home. We’ve since bought another 2 pairs to keep him ticking over, so he can wear them more often.”
