“I have bought many things over the years for my plantar fasciitis problem but the most comfortable ones are these full length silicone inserts. They help cushion the heel & are soft on the arch as well as the ball of the foot which is why they have the advantage over just the heel gel pads. The only negative which applies to both half & full length is that they do stick to bare feet & tend to come out of the footwear when your take your foot out. Wearing socks stops this for the most part. It’s something I can put up with as they work so well for me.”

“Bought these for a family member who is awaiting surgery for an inguinal hernia and is frequently in pain. He has found them to be hugely beneficial. Measurement of 112cm, he went for the large size and finds them comfortable enough. He tends to wear them when he’s out and about, rather than relaxing at home. We’ve since bought another 2 pairs to keep him ticking over, so he can wear them more often.”

“Bought as an alternative to my other ankle splint/brace, also from orthotic, that will fit the other trainers I wear (converse). Once you’ve sorted the fitting it’s comfortable to wear and supports the ankle. No complaints about product or service.”

“Sizing all wrong despite work in g within the measurements of sizing on the site. I ordered Large but it’s too loose over the shoulder sleeve. So I’d definitely go a size down that the sizes recommends”
