“Next day delivery despite it being so close to Christmas and during a pandemic - to be fair I did pay for next day delivery but I know the current situation doesn't always make that possible.”

“Purchased for support after a major operation. Binder is very comfortable. Purchased the 12 inch one after trying a 9 inch one of another style from Orthotix which wasn’t really suitable. This is much better - plan to purchases a second one whilst this one is being washed.”

“Having had problems with blistering ankles for years, I was recommended the gel achillies heel sleeve by a chiropodist, and after trying them out on a number of relatively long walks I'm happy to report no blisters on my ankles. The sleeve is comfortable and after a couple of minutes you forget it's there, it provides a cushion between shoe and ankle skin than perfectly protects the ankles. I just wish I'd found these years ago, as years of suffering and plastering ankles seem to now be a thing of the past thanks to these sleeves. I found these ones on Amazon and thought I'd check if it was cheaper buying direct, and it was, the sleeves came quickly and even came with a free gift (a mini shoe horn), which is always nice. I did also contact Orthotix via the live chat to ask which size to get, and they came back to me within 20 minutes with an answer (which is great for a small business)”

“My Neurophysiotherapist identified this product for me to try, but sent a link to it on the Amazon website. I avoid buying through Amazon, preferring to go direct to the Company selling or manufacturing items. So I simply Googled Orthotix & searched on their website. Easily found what was recommended to me & the large sizes that I needed. Great to also find that I could pay securely using our PayPal account. Far better & safer than using Amazon; you don’t get pestered by Amazon Prime too! Been using this product for a few days now & think it will prove ideal in helping me walk better & not strip up, due to my “Drop Foot” problem. The website states something about the possibility of claiming VAT back, but doesn’t provide a list of medical conditions that are eligible for this; it just tells you to Email Customer Services, which would’ve delayed receiving the items into the New Year. As my condition has worsened during Lockdown & my need to Shield at home, I couldn’t wait any longer, so ignored this & chose to just bite the bullet & order them. They came very promptly, which was much appreciated, as I’ve been waiting for 5 months to hear back from my Neurophysio whether or not the NHS would provide them. Many thanks Orthotix. Highly Recommend them.”
