“I recently purchased a pair of Hernia Support pants for use after hernia surgery yesterday. Following the on-line advice, I measured my waist - 93cms and purchased the next nearest size above that measurement - 95cms, bacause 'they come a bit smaller than expected'. Sadly, having had my surgery yesterday and wearing the pants for the first time I found that they are so loose they do not support my operation site and furthemore, when I was carrying cups of tea bed this morning, they fell down! I am now the owner of very expensive pants which are not fit for the purpose I purchased them and have had to resort to my hernia support belt.”

“Orthotix response was very quick with acknowledgement emails within minutes. They were let down by Royal Mail who promised a delivery on Monday and delivered to the wrong sorting office, the they failed to leave with a neighbour as requested.Eventually the goods arrived on Day 3. Orthotix part in the process was excellent.”

“The service from point of ordering to delivery was excellent and we were kept informed of this by email. My husband has been wearing this make of ankle support for about a year as issued by our local hospital. “The quality is good but I cant wear it for any longer than 5 mins as its cutting off the circulation to my thumb so it is too tight on my thumb. Thumb goes cold and blue after a few minutes 😟 so that said, its no use to me!”
