“Very pleased with my bespoke server cabinets !! Liam and also Neil Horne were very attentive to my requirements, and properly on the ball, quick responses, quick turnaround ( in this instance was essential ) very happy , Orion are going on our rated supplier list ....as we are all about bespoke , innovating & problem solving. “We needed a custom cabinet next day. Not only did Orion do this for us they even checked to make sure we had received the order. Amazing service, if only our other suppliers were this good.”

“Posting this feedback after our first order with Orion UK after changing from another large UK supplier (not maufacturer). Bespoke non-standard sized cabinet was made to order at a fantastic price. Order-to-delivery was less than 5 working days. Finish and build quality excellent, all accessories included. Packaging was good...in fact; excellent in comparison with previous supplier. Really happy to have found Orion, and look forward a successful partnership in the future.”

“Flat pack instructions are very difficult to read and follow, however product is very good and matches the description. Also we do not appear to have a key to lock the front door of the cabinet.”

We usually secure the locks inside the cabinets to avoid them becoming misplaced during transit so if this was not the case, I hope that you contacted us for a replacement lock and that this has now been resolved. “Everything else was good except the packaging could have been better, when it was delivered to our shipper he was not happy with the packaging and to avoid delay's it should be well packed and protected so the won't cause any damage to the items.”
