“The service from Nick and his team is excellent. They have supported us with designing and spec'ing various sets of glass and stainless systems, all of which have been great quality. Delivery is quick and efficient. would certainly recommend.”

“Troy did a fantastic job specifying and helping us with our privacy screen. We are really delighted with the end result. It was a bespoke balustrade and Troy couldn't have done more to help us in ensuring that the balustrade was safe and looks great. We couldn't be happier the end result”

“First impressions of the company were good, as the products were affordable and they were delivery promptly. However, we noticed within a few months of purchase that the posts were becoming discoloured (their current state is atrocious). We immediately contacted the company who refused to accept liability and make a reasonable proposal to try and resolve this issue (and their position has not changed to this day). Their customer service got worse as the issue went on, sometimes taking weeks/months to respond to emails/phone calls. What is incredibly frustrating for us is that they assured us at the time of purchase that the posts were the correct ones for our location (as we were far enough in land - the owner even said he knew the area where we lived). Would not recommend using this company again and we have little choice now but to take legal action unfortunately to try and recover our losses. Appalling service.”

Hi James We are sorry that we that you are not happy with your posts. You placed an order with us in May 2020 (over two years ago). At the time of ordering, we discussed with you whether you should order mirror polished stainless steel posts. We were clear that they would give you increased protection against corrosion and discolouring. You decided not to do so on the basis that they were more expensive and you didn’t think they were necessary given the environment that they would be in. We made clear to you that we have not had issues with discolouring of the sort that you have experienced with any other of our other customers. We supply thousands of posts a year. It is difficult to know for sure but the discolouring that you have experienced is likely to have been caused by a failure to properly maintain the posts or cross-contamination with carbon steel. We responded to all of your emails and as a gesture of goodwill offered to replace the posts at cost even though we were clear that the posts that we supplied were of high quality. Our business has been built on supplying outstanding products and great customer service. We remain willing to try and resolve this issue amicably. Origin Architectural

“Found the company in a google search looking for a balustrade and handrail for a raised deck area. From the first contact to last the service provided by Origin was outstanding. Robyn provided first class support in the design and ordering process and when I sent a photo of packaging damaged by the courier, it was Robyn that noticed a handrail had been bent. She immediately arranged a replacement which arrived in perfect condition. I was wary about paying for everything up front, including the glass and not ordering the glass until the steelwork was installed. However I had nothing to worry about. Everything arrived when Robyn said it would and now it is installed we are delighted with it. I would recommend Origin without hesitation - I wish we had used them for our internal handrail... Its not that often you find a gem of a company with quality products and great service - this is one!”

“Nicole was very professional, being helpful and informative, any questions technical or design were answered quickly. The warehouse staff were very helpful when I collected the non glass items to fit before receiving the glass. The quality of the product is excellent and I would highly recommend Origin Architecture, an excellent experience.”

“The bespoke balcony glass looks amazing. It was a small but complex project in North Wales, and Nick took a lot of care to get the details right, liaising with my architect. It all had to be specially cut to size, including along a few steps down. I would 100% recommend Origin Architectural.”

“Efficient knowledgeable and great quality- We fitted this balcony ourselves but without Nicole Hixon’s st class help and knowledge it would have been hard work!! - nothing was too much trouble as you can imagine we needed this spot on and made many phone calls! Delivery was quicker that quoted which was a bonus for us”

“We had a new mezzanine installed which required a balustrade. From the moment I engaged with Nick Watson at Origin I knew we would be in safe hands. Blown away by the quality of the products and the service. I'm so glad we went with Origin Architectural. They always answer the phone and seem to care about the service and quality they deliver. Any issues were dealt with promptly. Five stars!!!!”
