“I needed a glass balustrade and was a bit uncertain about whether I could do it myself. Nicole helped me to select the right components and all the way through the installation. The system was much easier to install than I thought I was worried about how exact my dimensions had to be but found it all really easy. I love the end result. Origin were so helpful and their product is great and I found it easy to install.”

“We were delighted with the service we received from Nicole at Origin Architectural. They have a fantastic product, prompt delivery and are competitively priced! When I managed to make a mistake with my measurements, all it took was a quick phone call and and the amended metal work was on site in less than 24 hours! I couldn't believe it! Overall, would reccomend these guys to anyone and will definitely order again. Thank you!”

“Origin Architectural have been exemplory throughout my dealings with them. In particular my contact Nicole, who has been at the other end of the phone whenever I needed advice, guidance and help throughout the term of my project. Her attitude has always been "can do". Her knowledge of the company and it's products is comprehensive and has enabled me to complete my complex project to a professional standard. I would highly recommend the company.”

“I was unsure about balustrade, It's not something I have ever thought about having until we completed our back garden. I contacted Origin Architectural for some help and advice. Ashley was quick at providing all the information I needed, from building my balustrade on a visual 3D drawing to supplying all the material I needed to complete the Job, I must say it's been an ease and I will certainly be recommending Origin Architectural to Friends and Family. Hats off to Origin Architectural & Ashley.”

“We have been delighted with the product and service we received from Origin Architectural. We had a fairly large balcony and the quote we received was highly competitive yet the balustrades are of a very high quality. The fitting was easy for our builder and I was also impressed with the customer service (I had to call with several queries which were answered straight away). So yes I would definitely recommend highly.”

“Terrible product, I’m in the building game and used origin architecture for some years, however I used this product on my own house after years of fitting them for customers who I have recommended this company to. I ordered 3 balconies which after fitting, all rusted within 3 months of been fitted. Dealt with Gareth Philips who when I mentioned the issues literally made every excuse under the sun, it was disgusting customer service and strung me a pack of lies and then literally burried his head in the sand, stopped replying to my emails and gave me no help whatsoever. Rubbish product, shocking standard and as time has gone on Iv had reports from previous customers who have come back to me with the same issues. I pride myself on a top quality finish with my company and origin have let me down and shown me up with a shocking standard where there product is clearly not up to doing the job it’s supposed to. Iv been over a year giving them the opportunity to at least show the decency to come and look at the issues but after a year of been ignored Iv had enough and see no other option but to say how I feel on here. Shocking, no longer recommend to anyone. Customer service is appalling. Any of my staff acted in this way they wouldn’t have a job”

Hi. We are really sorry that you were not happy with the posts that you received from us. Gareth left our business about 6 months ago. We were aware of your issue but it would be good to be able to contact you to discuss it with you. We are not sure of your contact details but if you call us we will see if we can help. Generally all stainless steel products do need to be cleaned to prevent them discolouring. The frequency of the cleaning depends on the environment in which they are in. The Origin Team.
