“I ordered a Ping waterproof jacket and trousers. I immediately realised that I'd ordered the jacket incorrectly so I emailed this company in order to cancel. I also called the number provided but no-one answered and so I left a voicemail message asking them to call me. I neither received a response from my email or voicemail! A few hours later I reveived an email to confirm that both items had been dispatched despite my requests. Not happy at all although the products received were very good.”

“I was told on more than one occasion that delivery would be Thursday December 2nd which was great as I knew I would be in. As it turned out Royal Mail tried to deliver it on Wednesday 1st when I was out. I asked for redelivery today the 4th but it has not arrived, so I still haven’t got it.”

“My purchase arrived promptly which is really good (5 star). Unfortunately the top did not match my order, I had been sent an XL opposed to a M size. I have returned and am waiting the correct delivery. I found the process to print a returns form a faff and also incurred a cost to return record which could be improved upon. I would still use Origional Again again as it is just a mistake and delivery was prompt.”
