“A fantastic product, ours give us an opening over 5 meters wide, and are so easy to open despite their weight. We also have blinds inside the sealed units making them so versatile too. Not the cheapest doors out there but worth every penny.”

“I got these ali bi-fold doors to replace ali patio doors. From the inside, the bi-folds are so much better looking with much better balanced proportions with a superb aspect to the outside rather than an expanse of patio glass. From the outside, they fit much better with the other window sizes as well. The product is well-made and without manufacturing fault. They open, close and lock smoothly without hesitation. I am really pleased. Roll on summer. PS A complementary silicone spray as needed for annual maintenance would be nice. I would hate to use the wrong stuff.”

“Had a problem with the doors I purchased I did ring your customer service and they told me they would get back to me they didn't. I had to get Aston windows the people who fitted the doors to arrange for your window engineer to call around and sort the problem out, he was 2hours late should have been to me at 9am turned up at 11am I'm still not that happy with the fit of the doors I can still see a small gap along the top of the exit door. I payed a lot of money for these doors I was hoping they would last longer than 6 months. Yours sincerely Simon plastow.”

“Excellent quality, short lead times and quick fit . Good value for money and 20 year guarantee on the bifold door. The design and fit enabled us to have a low threshold internally which was just what we wanted. The fitters were very good and tidy. The white design is coupled with white seals making the appearance very nice and the glide on the bifold door proves the quality of the build. We are delighted with our purchase.”

“Fantastic doors. I bought doors with a large panel size - pretty close to the max 1.2m. The doors are still very easy to move and the single door is certainly useable as a backdoor - I was worried it would be to heavy.”

“Bi-fold doors are good quality although I have since discovered they are pricey compared to competition. Local agent was a nightmare. Initially polite and attentive but logistics and follow through were awful. Surveyor kept going on holiday without passing on details, delays in placing the order as they lost the measurements, the person who described himself as "just the buyer" when I phoned up once day appeared on site a month after the initial measurements had been taken, let himself on site, and tried to retake the measurements before I knew he was there. When challenged about who he was, why he was in on my site without me knowing, what he was doing and eventually why hadn't my windows been already ordered a month before he threatened me and asked me to go in the front room away from the builders so he could "have a word". Never use them and therefore Origin again.”

“That satisfying firm clunk when you close and lock the door really assures you that this is a quality purchase, and gives you confidence that all the moving parts will last the long haul. The appearance is excellent, smart and sleek. We have installed many double glazed door's in a number of buildings and although it is early days with this particular folding door it just feels as though it will be the best.”
