“From start to finish the service was exemplary with everyone talking to one another. A visit to the show room followed by a site visit followed by a further visit to the show room to firm up on the final details. Date for fitting issued very quickly. Engineers fitting, more than efficient, and left the scene in apple pie order. Could not fault the workmanship, the sales side and the Bi fold itself is top notch.10/10 given to all concerned. Staff at the manufacturing end were in contact throughout. Would like the whole house done by this firm and their products!”

“The final effect is stunning. Unfortunately 2 weeks after completion the contractor for the project has gone into liquidation without supplying our FENSA certificate.”

“Top quality product. We have had all the wooden windows,doors and big barn entrance replaced by The Shire door company in Shipley. Fitters did a great job and the result is fantastic. Glad we chose Origin”

“The bi-fold doors seem to be of a quality of far more expensive products that are on the market and whilst they have only just been installed we are extremely satisfied with their appearance and construction which hopefully will follow with their being totally fit for purpose.”

“Having thoroughly researched Bi Fold systems from 4 manufacturers, I decided to go with Origin based on quality and design. I am very happy with the product and especially grateful to Richard at Aston Window Installations Limited (Chislehurst) who was brilliant, right from start with initial inquiry, quote, survey and fit. Highly recommend Aston and Origin.”

“The doors look great and supply and installation of the bi folds very quick and professional. However we have been waiting 6 weeks now of the external cladding to be fitted. Our contractor has been given a variety of excuses by the Origin supplier but it does not bode well for any after sales service. Also the warranty does not seem to be insurance backed which would give more comfort for such a long period warranty in this day and age.”

“Excellent advice from Bristol Bi-folds, great installation guys; they had to install our bi-folds on a very hot (32 Degree) heat in June 2017, very good customer care and polite. I'm really pleased with the our bi-fold doors!”

“Well I didn't make a purchase. We moved into a house which had Origin bi-fold doors. We were told they had a 20 year warranty. We called up, were told to call the installation company. We called them. They said do you have the original invoice, we said no. They said ok there is a £98 call out charge. Great. Not happy!”

“I contacted Origin to recommend an installation partner who could carry out a 3 panel bi-fold door install for us. We selected Panoramic Door Company as recommended by Origin who are a recommended supplier. Panoramic promised the world and kept delaying the install dates with 4 delays in total. Further Panoramic had to make 3 visits to complete the work due to glass not arriving, then the glass panels being scratched and finally to correct the mistakes made. The actual door itself has not lived up to the promise expected. We ordered a triple glazed door hoping for better thermal properties paying a premium for the door but thus far even in a mild summer it has made little difference to keep heat in. More so there is a constant draft at the hinges where the wind is able to so simply blow into the house. I am not impressed at all with the product. It might look great but from a thermal point of view its not and the suppliers carrying out the work did not deliver the service we expected considering we paid nearly £4000.”
