“An excellent product and all as expected. Spent many months deciding, reviewing and balancing which system to go for. So Pleased. the installing company, Open Living have been one of the best companies I have dealt with during this project where many different trades were used. Excellent Product alleyways willing to testify positive feedback.”

“I loved the product, I think it's superior to all other options I saw during long periods of research. However, I think our installation *really* let us down, and I felt it was difficult to address because the procedure seems to be that I can only liaise with the installation team and not directly with Origin. By the time I needed help the communication with the installation company had really broken down and I didn't feel they care. I felt they botched the installation and that as a result I have a less wonderful product, which is very sad.”

“During the summer we were renovating the house we had just purchased and decided to replace the patio doors in the dining room for Origin Bi-fold doors, we were so pleased with the results we then replaced the lounge doors with Bi-folds, whilst doing so Origin launched their new range of windows and we have now replaced the kitchen windows so they match the bi-fold doors. I have no hesitation in recommending Origin their product is first class and the fitting company they recommend also did a first class job”

“I had an extension on the kitchen and was looking for bi-fold doors. I searched & searched until I came across Origin. The sheer quality of these bi-folds are in a complete league of there own. I did a lot of homework on bi-folds as I wanted to get it right. Yes they are more expensive than your average, but I was willing to pay for quality and I was not disappointed. Also these are made in the UK.”

“Would highly recommend, quality is great as is service. We had quotes which were cheaper but for that bit extra for something you are going to use and look at for some time they are most definitely worth the difference.”

“Did not have a complaint with regards to the product. But the installation of the product from the start to the finish was a shambles. The only reason I didnt vote "very poor" is because at least the mistakes were rectified in the end.”

“The Origin's Bifold Doors we purchased for our extension in 2014 are excellent! We have now become one of the showcases for our builder - this was a first for them. The building company we used for the works tell people their options for doors and although these doors are pricier than others on the market, it is true to say that you do get what you pay for, especially in this case. We are glad we did not skimp on the bifolds. The installation was via a dealer/agent of Origin's. We cannot fault the installation but a great deal of the smoothness of the operation was down to our talented foreman who had prepared the opening ready for the install. The installation team said themselves it was the quickest and smoothest install ever. Our doors are now known as the Rolls Royce of Bifolds - Well done Origin. The only thing we would say is you should perhaps train more trade to install these doors? It seems such a pity that most of the hardwork is undertaken by someone else for the fee to be absorbed by another. Although we are pleased with the doors themselves, we were less than impressed by the aftercare service. It was almost like "We got the sale, that's it". We had to chase for our warranty pack. We would give the aftercare agent a 2 1/2 out of 5 - great sales spiel, less than great customer service post sale.”

“Apart from a slight delay in delivery, the bi-fold doors and windows have proven a big plus to the house. No problems I have subsequently been discovered. Definitely recommend.”

“Doors very good and insulation value is great. Had a problem with the fitter which was eventualy resolved but not to our complete satisfaction. Nothing to do with the standard of the doors but with thier workmanship”
