“I have recently purchased bi-folding doors which were installed by The Real Bridgnorth Windows Company. I am truly delighted with the high quality of the doors. They fold back completely which opens up the entire room to the garden. I can thoroughly recommend to anyone considering buying bi-folding doors.”

“Good value for money product. Fittings are of good quality, although the magnet clip that holds the leading door doesn't look as slick as the rest. Energy efficiency not tested yet, hence only 4 stars.”

“I recently had 2 bi-fold doors installed and absolutely love the product, good quality, profiles and mechanically well designed. Unfortunately, let down by our installer! Choose wisely. Would have given a higher rating otherwise.”

“I love the doors - they look great. However they do not close easily and its is a real struggle for my wife to close the doors when I am not there. It also took me quite a while to get my guarantees The main problem is we have to lift the handle really hard and they crunch into place - apparently this can and will be fixed as its a problem with one of the parts but we have been waiting for an appointment to have them fixed for about 2 months which means my wife and family have been unable to use the doors in this amazing weather whilst I haven't been there. Hopefully they will be fixed at the end of this month - I will update this when complete as its been a bit frustrating so far”

“After much research, we settled on Origin doors and we weren't disappointed. The build quality and mechanisms are lovely and although the doors feel solid and robust, they are very easy to handle and operate. The added bonus of a twenty year guarantee was the final clincher for us and as the fitting was half a day of minimal mess and fuss by some very experienced guys via The Panaoramic Door Company (our local Origin dealer), the whole experience was very pleasant.”

“Frames were fine. Although the metal bits at the back really hurt my fingers when putting pictures in. Two frames the glass broke as it was so hard to get back on properly.”

“Very good from start to finish. Great price, great timelines (one week between measuring and install), quick installation (a few hours for a 5m, 5 door bifold). When we immediately damaged one of the panes, they were quick to help and gave us a replacement for a very good price. I would definitely recommend them to others and have done so already.”

“Wouldn't use again. Thought they would be different. The sales guy confirmed doors would be ready by specific date if paid deposit. Deposit paid doors were not ready on time. Delayed the build. Sales guy couldn't give a f&&k. Very poor service, feel ripped off and cheated. Doors seem good quality though but defo wouldn't recommend.”

“The ordering through Bristol Trade Frames went well and the delivery date was maintained. One item that was obviously wrong was replaced within a reasonable period. The fitting, by an installer, on behalf of our builder went well. We have received notification of the guarantee registration with Origin. Thank You.”

“Bi fold doors excellent and easy to use. The opening and closing mechanism is easy and it really add the wow factor to any room. We used Prime window to install and they were fantastic, really efficient and tidy.”

“Standard and Quality of workmanship very high. Appearance is excellent and exceeded our expectation (bi-fold fitted had natural Oak interior finish). Overall our expectation is high for the life of the doors.”

“During the consultation our instructions for how our units should operate were not followed or passed on to the construction personnel so we ended up not receiving the type of units we requested. This resulted in further complication in what appears to be a design fault as when keys are left in the lock damage occurs very easily. I know that you add labels to warn customers but this should be designed out so it cannot happen make it idiot proof. This has all resulted in costing more to our original budget which should not have been the case if clear instructions on how the build should have been as then damage would not have occured. Certainly lock design needs to be looked at as they should never be were the door folds are. The actual installation was very good and efficient and the installers very courteous.”
