“Purchased these doors through your price windows. All very helpful until payment was made. Doors turned up and frame was 5mm to small to fit the doors in. The installer had to widen the side jams to fit. Some of the pre fitted hinges were fitted in the wrong places, proving that the doors were not checked properly before shipping. The installer was not impressed with the rubber seals and the fixings supplied. There were also a few scratches and marks on the doors. I contacted Origin about these issues, who were not interested in the slightest and simply referred me back to your price windows. I tried to contact your price windows to advise them of these issues, which cost me a fair amount of money to get sorted, with no luck. Called and left a message as well as emailed. Still no response. Not good service or product. Hope this helps prospective purchasers make their decision. Wish I had gone elsewhere.”

“We are delighted with the bi-fold doors. The French doors were completed once z wrong handed door was replaced. The fitter spent a couple of hours amending the door to make it secure whilst a replacement was made.”

“I spent a long times searching through the internet for slim aluminium bi-fold door frames that weren't budget busting before finding Origin. The doors are more expensive than PVC, but totally worth the money. We have had the doors in now for a few weeks and we are thrilled with them. Sturdy, slim line and so easy to operate. They are a real show piece, we can't stop looking at them. I can highly recommend, faultless!”

“The fitting service was on time, and exactly as described. The installation team were completely engaged in the process with no phone calls half way through the job distracting them. The door needed some attention due to foam filler expanding a cm or two more than required, but resolved in less than 24 hours. Thank you,”

“I purchased my doors through a local supplier. The installation was done on time to a good standard and I'm pleased with the quality of the doors. When I did have a query that I needed to take up directly with Origin there was a bit of a misunderstanding at first. However they took care to get in touch with me and ensure that I was clear about the information I had requested.”

“We chose the anthracite frames. We are very pleased with them. Beautiful to look at both indoors and outside. Have yet to test them out in winter temperatures.”

“The windows and bi fold doors look amazing. Had a few issues with the installation company but eventually all got sorted. Having issues with the guide rollers not turning when opening the doors but told by the installation company they're not supposed to turn ?”

“I love my new triple bi-fold doors. They make the space so much larger and brighter. On a sunny day we open the doors and the garden becomes part of the house. Friends and family are amazed at the transformation. The only draw back is that the single door is either open or shut; there is no way to open the door a bit without it being in danger of swinging back open in a breeze. However, well worth the money and a super investment which I will enjoy for a long time.”

“We have two sets of 3 bifold doors. Both work easily and efficiently, despite being large. The contractors left a large amount of debris in the runnel under the doors, which proved difficult to remove, some quite large, but which did not impede the door action. Suspect normal dirt accumulatioin will be easily removed with narrow nosed vacuum cleaner.”

“Brilliant doors. They have really created a new bright living space in a recently created kitchen/diner, replacing a large picture window. Much better than UPVC as the Aluminium frames are lighter/smoother function, and it allows a much taller door to be manufactured without the need for a top 'fly light'. Very easy to open, close. They are well worth the money. I have recommended Origin and Abode; who have the franchise in NE Scotland, to friends.”

“We are really pleased with our bi-fold doors, they look amazing after changing them for our old sliding doors. Josh was very helpful in the showroom and Lee and Ryan did a really good job fitting the doors. The doors are fantastic quality, the only thing that could improve the appearance is a capping/cover over the hole that is cut out on the bottom rail.”

“Halo Windows were the company that put our lovely origin bi fold doors in. They were friendly professional and also very tidy, their work ethics were fantastic. Our home now allows the outside in. Extremely happy”
