“We purchased and installed the Origin bi-fold doors with built in blinds at the end of last year. Very happy as they look good and of good quality. Can't say anything else so far as didn't have a chance to use them in full due to weather.”

“Frames were very reasonable compared with other products and in my opinion represent excellent value for money giving a high end look and operation on a mid price cost. Doors operate very smoothly and are visually sleek but have a solid feel to them. Reassured by the insurance backed guarantee and supporting paperwork and free annual check. I was also very satisfied with the Origin trained fitters. Definitely recommend Origin.”

“Having had the windows and doors purchased by my builder on my behalf i had poor response to any questions I had for Origin. For example, I asked for someone to come out to adjust the doors....I was told to pay £60. This was after 3-4 weeks”

“We have had two sets of Origin doors fitted and both are plain brilliant they even helped when one of the firms fitting the doors went into cowboy builder mode as they has mis used the tape measure and ordered doors which we slightly to large.”

“We saw the product in our local showroom and were very impressed, with Quality and Safety. Now the doors and window are fitted, we are even more pleased. The room they are fitted in is only a small extension to our Kitchen, however, due to the thermal efficiency we almost live in the room, and can't wait for Summer when we can have the doors open. The other great thing is, we can have the TV on, right next to the doors and not hear anything outside. Why is this important, because it would be unfair on our neighbours (have stood in the garden and tested this). Great product.”

“Nothing but problems. First attempt - door scraped the carpet. Second attempt - trickle vent fitted incorrectly so would not seal and top of frame bowed such that the doors did not seal oh and lock fixing screw had split the thermal break. Straightening of the frame resulted in a large hole in plaster requiring replacement of plaster board and plaster plus redecoration. Am still waiting for supplier to contact me to see if repair was satisfactory and to send in finisher to remove a stain on the frame. I have not been offered compensation for the hassle. I realise that these problems were not of Origin's making but they reflect on the manufacturer. Otherwise; the door is good and we are very pleased with the outcome.”

“We are really happy with the doors, great quality but most of all, good customer service and follow up, which is really important when you are doing some building work and dealing with a lot of suppliers. They were patient, and friendly. We'll use again in our next project. Sabrina J.”

“Origin replaced and fitted new patio doors for us last year . They were wonderful to deal with -- from the sales team through reception to the guys who fitted them . Their after sales service is great too . They are courteous caring , professional and pleasant to deal with . I cannot recommend them highly enough . Helen Sheehan”
