The blinds fitted perfectly and the instructions were clear and precise. I love the blinds I ordered. Thank you so much. My one and only criticism is not about the order, but I have since been bombarded with the advertising and offers. It’s a bit much.

Only 4 stars! One (of two) blinds went wrong; oh dear, however, after sales service is definitely 5 star, their replacing the dud item, no problem, no trouble!

I am very pleased with the blinds, however, on their website you can choose standard or reverse roll but it does not make it clear what these mean, ie standard was from the back & reverse from the front!! which I only found out once they were delivered, I was under the impression that reverse roll would be from the back of the blind (which is what I wanted). Very disappointed with the Courier that was used, they gave me three dates for my delivery a Friday, then Monday & then Tuesday. They were then delivered on the Tuesday. I do not know if I would use them again due to courier issues & the standard & reverse rolls. Quality of blinds very nice though.

The blinds received were of very good quality and the order was processed very quickly considering they were manufactured to order. My criticism is more for the attention of Order Blinds as they have made some changes to what you receive since we last used them. They now supply a "U" shaped clip to retain the cord and chain which is secured by two sticky pads, where previously they supplied a "P" clip which is secured by a screw. Whilst the new retainer is much easier to fix it is useless to someone like me who removes the blinds for decorating, I purchased new "P" clips to replace the ones supplied. They also supplied two type of fixing clips/brackets one for mounting from above the other a much more substantial bracket for mounting to the window frame. You would be in danger of losing your warranty on new pvc windows if you screwed into them by using the second bracket. Order Blinds need to change their order form so that buyers can specify which mounting they require this would reduce waste as one mounting will be put in the bin. I provided dimensions with my order which were the exact measurements of the window reveals, the blinds manufactured were reduced in size to provide clearance. When fitted I think Order Blinds had been over generous with the clearance as there was 15mm+ around the blind where I would have expected 10mm max.

Regarding the brackets, for vertical blinds we provide both top fix and face options for practicality. We do not recommend drilling into PVC doors, as this can cause damage to the door frames. It's always best to check with your door manufacturer in these cases. As for the safety clip, the new adhesive option is designed to reduce the need for additional drilling, but if you prefer the drill version, we would be happy to send that to you instead. Really happy about Order blinds, I have oredered 3 Perfect Fit Cellular Thermal Blinds, I have to return one because it was too small but with the Mismeasurement Insurance I didn't pay anything, they were really supportive, efficient and quick.The only reason why I gave 4 stars is because the is still some light that enter in the room, but maybe it is for how the blind is built. Anyway the blinds keep the room wormer and are easy to instal. I love the double handle system, it's really functional.

Not yet installed but they look very good. Like the chain being metal not plastic. The website easy to use and more flexible with sizes than most other companies. We had a little problem with brackets (which was our error) and customer services sorted it out - for free - immediately.

Blinds are very nice and were quickly delivered. They are good quality. The only reason not to give five stars was that we didn't find the instructions until we unfolded the blind. It would be nice to make them more obvious.

The product arrived before the date - which was good - everything was packed, labelled - and clearly shown - a bit of a fiddle with the chain system ( I bought the vertical blackout blinds ) they are okay - they seem to blackout most of the light where required - all in all pleased with product

Very good product, delivery a bit longer than estimated but got there in the end. Funnily enough, they sold the same product you can buy on BlocBlinds but £70 cheaper and when the item was delivered, it had the BlocBlinds trademark on it. Can recommend and will use again.

Perfectly happy with blinds doing what is required. Only suggestion can the instructions be separate from the blinds when packaged as it's useful to keep the wrapping on whilst installing the blinds to keep muck off from the blinds.

I have used Order Blinds Online several times and have been satisfied. This time the brackets supplied were incorrect. They were too small. Fortunately I had a Blind you supplied previously which I was not using anymore so was able to use the correct ones. I would not have been happy if I didn't have the spare ones.

The blind works perfectly it is a genuine black out blind. We didn’t have much interaction with them, but did phone them to check on how accurate measurements need to be and the conclusion is you’re lucky to have 2-3mm tolerance in your measurements. So measure everything many times to ensure you are accurate. That was the only concern as no window surround is ever perfectly uniform.
