“The blind arrived when promised and it was what I ordered except it was some centimeters shorter than my measurements. The installer had to install it from the top of the window recess rather than the sides which is what my measurements were for.”

“I ordered 2 lampshades , one of which had been damaged in transit. The courier returned it. Quality control sent it back to me. I sent photos to your Customer Service department. They were excellent and restored my faith in your company, sorting it out very efficiently. I am very pleased with the lampshades.”

“I found the online ordering process unambiguous and straightforward. My order was made up accurately and dispatched promptly, well packaged against possible delivery damage. Installation was simple and although I did not need instructions, it wasn't until after putting the roller blind up that I found the instructions: rolled up inside the blind! Entirely satisfied with the overall service and good value for money, I would certainly use Order Blinds Online again.”

“Good service and nice blinds. Had some queries which they resolved quickly on the phone. I went for the double roller blind which is nice. Perhaps not as good looking as a simple single roller but serves the purpose I had of privacy during the day with light coming in and a proper shade at night with the 2nd blind.”

“I ordered two different type of blinds which - really pleased with the quality of both. Part of the fixture was missing from one but they responded quickly and sent it straight away. I would definitely use Order Blinds Online again if needing another blind.”

“First Blind sent was broken but it was quickly replaced with a new Blind with no quibbling. The replacement Blind worked exactly as expected and I am very pleased with it. So overall the company and the product were great”

“Was looking for something for our kitchen window to give us privacy but not block out and light and enables us to see out. Found Order Blinds Online had just thing. We get sun in kitchen and this cuts out the glare and heat. Great that we can still see out but no-one can see in. At night it is reversed but we have another blind for night time. Ordering was easy, just follow the instructions on the website. Arrived as promised. Easy to install. Brilliant blinds. Would recommend.”
