“I took an inordinate amount of time choosing colour of slat and size from the samples sent. I ordered online to be called and told that a they no longer did the colour of the sample they had sent me a week previously or that they no longer did the size I required either (why were these options online?). I had a few days thinking of possibly changing size and colour and then decided to cancel order - they said a refund would be processed, it was not and I was charged by my credit card - thanks very much!!”

Dear Mrs Watson, Thank you for your feedback, we are very sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with your experience ordering from us. We have checked back through our records and can confirm that we informed you of the discontinuation of your chosen colour as soon as we were made aware of the issue by our supplier. Upon receiving your decision to cancel the order your refund was processed and although this action is immediate at our end unfortunately we then have no control over how long it takes your card issuer to process the return of funds. Sadly it appears that due to the length of time elapsed between the order and cancellation this meant that there was an overlap and so you were charged before the refund was processed. Again we do apologise for any inconvenience that was caused and hope that you managed to source a suitable blind in the colour required. Kind Regards, Order Blinds Team

“I ordered two blinds by telephone, it was so easy, one was a Perfect Blind for a door and they were quality purchases and not expensive and delivery was as stated, within seven days they were very very easily installed. Very happily I will use " Order Blinds Online " again .”

I had personal contact with Emily Marriott who was so efficient from quoting right through to despatch and even when she went away on holiday she left my order in the hands of a colleague who kept me regularly updated about the delivery. “Easy to order and delivery was very good. We bought the Beige 3% openness luxury sunscreen roller blind and I must say it is doing a very good job in the bedroom we bought it for. The blind is of a very good quality and we are very pleased we used Order Blinds Online and would use them again.”
