“Really good choice of blinds to choose from. Easy to order. The roller blind I ordered arrived in about 7 days. I’m am very pleased with it. It came well packaged, with easy installation instructions. It looks really good and is exactly what I wanted. I will be ordering more blinds from this company in the future.”

“We ordered 11 blinds to be delivered to us in Cyprus. It was cheaper to order the blinds in the UK, pay the hefty shipping charge, than it was to buy them over there. The blinds arrived on time, with everything in order and I was pleasantly suprised at the excellent quality. I will definitely use Order Blinds again and have already recommended them to a number of people.”

“A good alround experience. the staff were polite and efficient, the goods were of good quality and reasonably price. There was a technical problem with my order however the company corrected the mistake without hesitation as it was their fault. they did so expediently and without argument. I would highly recommend them.”

“Terrible after service once bought and you gave a problem. No chance of getting your money back even though I have blonds that don't fit. They concluded it was my fault and failed to break down how they convert your measurements so you have no way of che king. Have reported to trading standards.”

“The sunscreen blind is of very good quality and with easy-to-follow fitting instructions. 3% was slightly thicker than expected (indeed, gives it a higher-quality feel than was expecting) but perfect for pretty much blocking out view but still letting a lot of light through. Great customer service also.”

“Viewed range on-line, some queries, esily resolved and ordered over the phone (2 Roller Blinds). Arrived within promised timeframe. Instructions fairly good. Only problem was the end-bracket covers, which are not designed with Side-fixing in mind. Easily resolved with Junior hacksaw and Stanley. Overall though, very pleased so far.”

“The BlocOut Blind I bought required screwing on the bottom, which I cannot do because the bottom is made of wood in a rental. This should be more clearly indicated, and a simpler on side plaster wall mechanism like on top would be better. There was some light leakage on corners and , but with some black tape is became good enough, not pretty though.”

“Terrible Service. Don’t use this Company. Not even one star! I ordered a purpose made blackout blind on 12June. It was finally delivered on the 1 July but they got it all wrong... Wrong colour (white not grey) and wrong material (translucent not blackout) ... look at my photo! A replacement blind was due to be delivered on 11 July. It didn’t show up.. Today is the 12 July. I have phoned twice to track my order which I was promised was on its way! I have waited in all day again but to no avail. I have just phoned OrderBlinds yet again only to be told the delivery company has taken my blind to their own offices in Leicester and not to my home address in London. It’s 4.30pm on a Friday and I have now been informed the earliest I can expect my blind to be delivered is Tuesday next week! I’ll believe it when I see it.. what a useless Company. I can’t believe they’ve asked for my feedback and I haven’t even received the goods yet!!”

“Only ordered a couple to see what they were like. As they are made to measure there's a short delay which is expected. However it was worth the wait, the quality was excellent and as stated very easy to fit. Full blackout. I'll be ordering more blinds for the other windows. Highly recommended.”
