“Service was great, samples arrived very quickly. Order placed and dispatched quickly but unfortunately the couriers let them down but when we received the blind it was excellent quality. Very happy with it and would use again.”

“Ordered 40 replacement vertical blind slats. All were in perfect condition and easy to fit. I would order from them again. The order was delayed understandably due to the current coronavirus situation.”

“Helpful staff, quick delivery, pleased with the result and the no-drill fitting method, which was the main reason for ordering. There was a problem with the bottom finish of the blind, but a new one was sent out quickly. There is a video to show how to fit the non-drill blind, but it did not explain that it is difficult to get the 2 parts of the plastic plates apart, which you need to do to fit them to the walls and then clip them back together on the wall, before fitting the blind to them. Also the video shows the blind being fitted into the plates once they are on the wall, but by putting the wrong end of the blind in first, so that it is impossible to then fit the other end with the sprung lug. We found you need instead to put the springy end in first, not the chain end; it is then very easy and you do not risk damaging the sprung lug.”

“Quality blinds received promptly -my only problem was there were no fitting instructions included. This made it difficult to install them as I did not know what distance apart to fix the brackets to the wall.”

“It is a very good quailty product and due to the customization options even though it was more expensive I belive they were a good investment.They work smoothly and the thermal and blackout are working well. The samples helped immensly to represent the colours of the blinds.I would totaly recomend them , personally could not find any faults in the product.”

“Everything to do with the blinds was very good. The complaint was with the delivery it was left leaning against my front door as I was not at home. A card from the delivery company said they left in in the porch! I do not have a porch! No attempt was made to leave it with a neighbour or at least leave the parcel out of sight. Luckily a neighbour spotted the parcel and took it in before it was stolen.”
