“Customer service is good. I was in touch about my disappointment of the product. I was assured the measurements are correct. I included photo's to demonstrate that the product allows light between the blind frame and window frame. I since learned there is a within 2mm allowance. If I had known or seen the product allowed light in, I would not have purchased. I think the product is too expensive for what I got. Perfect fit and black out means just that to me, I thought no light would come through.”

“Firstly the blinds are different, funky and attractive. The web-site was very clear and easy to follow but I rang and spoke to customer services. The person was very helpful and cheerful. I am very pleased with the blind and fitting. Very good value for money. I shall be ordering again.”

“The walls around our windows are not the most regular but surprisingly our total blackout blinds fitted nicely without any major efforts. A few points of light can still be seen at the lower corners of the blind but I suppose this is the best you can get without actually using bricks and mortar.”

“I previously gave it a high rating because the first blind was perfect. I therefore thought this was a reliable company, but when they sent the second blind, it was the wrong size and, after an interchange of a few weeks in which they strangely sent more and more useless brackets, they have refused to replace it”
