“Supplied in good time to the correct dimensions. Mounting arrangement, which allows easy removal is good. mechanism works fine. Pull cord is very short requiring a stretch to reach. A longer pull cord can easily be shortened if neccessary”

“I ordered replacement slats. The service was very fast and the measurements accurate. I appreciated having samples before choosing. One small issue is that some of the slats are slightly creased after unfolding. I am hoping the creases will disappear once they are hanging. haven't yet had time to hang them.”

“Good quality black sprung roller blinds. Delivered promptly on the day advised. Appearance somewhat spoiled by the white brackets supplied. Also 5mm shorter than the width specified - but, better shorter than longer I suppose:)”

“I've tried a few different online blind companies this year and these are by far the best. The blinds are good quality as are the brackets and they are very simple to put up by yourself. The customer service is brilliant. Very quick to reply and helpful humans, not 'robot' questions and answers. The only reason I didn't give full marks is the choice: need more variety.”

“Spooky Or What...Today Is The First Chance To Open My Blinds Package....And In Doing So Cut Through The Pull Cord (The One Attached To The Top Left)!... ...Im Hoping To Fit Them Over The Weekend...Assuming...I Can Resolve The Cut Pull Cord Issue!?”

“The blinds are very good quality- thick material and a beautiful print. I ordered 2 and requested in the notes that the same animals were printed on both and they match perfectly. The only disappointing thing is that they are listed as blackout but have quite a gap around the top and side for the fixing so I’m still going to need to buy curtains to make the room dark.”

“Ordering was easy. Having been very disappointed two frame parts were damaged in transit, I am now very pleased with the customer service I received to replace them. Within a week have the new parts and have been able to build and fit the blinds.”

“Total blackout blind was easy and quick to fit. It is a good purchase but I find it a little flimsy. Not sure if it'll last for many years. I think it might have to be replaced in 2-3 years”
