“Received my order for two blinds very quickly. One was very large. Once installed it wouldn't stay up as it was so heavy. I rang Order Blinds and it transpired the wrong roller had accidentally been fitted. They were extremely apologetic, there was no fuss and it was remade and replaced within a week. A pleasant internet experience!”

“My wife came across this company online, we had previously used another online company. I found the online guide and availability to select sizes, types and colours really useful and very easy. I was doubtful about quality, as the prices were roughly 40% less than the company we'd used before. However, when the blinds arrived, the packaging and instructions were excellent, and the blinds themselves are excellent quality, especially useful as we have 3 children, 2 cats and a dog. The dog had previously chewed up the blinds we were replacing, and since these new ones arrived and have been put up, he hasn't touched them. The quality of the blinds is excellent, and the standard of the fittings, as well as the how easy they are to put up, is outstanding. We have many more windows to put blinds up in, and we'll use this company again when the time comes.”

“The blinds arrived damaged. We didnt find this out until they had been installed as it was the blind fabric itself that was damaged. As the blinds were rolled up it was only after installation when we pulled them down that the two cuts/slits in the fabric were visible. Ensure that you check everything as soon as you open the box as it was too late for us to send anything back given the blinds were attached to the windows by the time we discovered the faults!”

“Price, quality and service good. However, the screws supplied with the fitting kit were too big for the holes in the metal brackets, and there was no provision made in the plastic sleeves, (which fit over the metal brackets), for wall mounting. I used my own screws, and cut out slots to allow the sleeves to push fully on to the brackets.”

“The process of ordering was easy and we received a confirmation fairly quickly. We were notified when the product was being dispatched and it arrived as expected. We were very happy with the product. There was a slight problem in that we had paid extra for nickel pulls and one of the blinds was delivered with a plastic pull cord, I notified them by phone and they sent out a replacement cord with a couple of days.”
