“Good quality product, delivered quickly and well packaged. The blinds look nice when up, not too obtrusive and the mechanism works well. However, be very meticulous about measuring, I thought I had but the blinds were a shade too narrow and I ended up needing to shim the side of the window reveal (total blackout roller blinds). It's also worth spending some time fully understanding how they fit before starting the job. But I'd buy them again.”

“Ordered 2 roller blinds. Came quite quickly and was happy with the build quality. They have quite a pungent glue-type odour when first unwrapped, so best to keep them down with a window open for a day or two to air them out. Otherwise very satisfied. Would use again.”

“Great. Ordered blinds online. Simple process and they arrived within 2 weeks as stated. Easy to install, good quality material and all for under £50! So much cheaper than other quotes I had been given. highly recommend!”

“Slightly delayed delivery but acceptable. Material really good and thick. Pleased with the look. Problem is with the wall fittings which are flimsy and easily bent. Improve the fittings and it would be really good”

“Ordered Tangle replacement vertical slats, 1st order fine, both product and delivery so placed a second order, 2 slats not stuck down where weights slot in, not a huge problem having a glue gun, delivery a day or two longer but all in all a good result, replacements look good, blinds transformed, happy and no hassle”

“Service good, fabric lovely (pebble sky for the bathroom) and just as expected, EXCEPT when asked if measurements given were recess size or blind size, I said blind size as blind was outside recess, and expected fabric to be that width. However, that size included the blind + fittings, so my blind was 4 cms less in width than I wanted, but still thankfully wide enough. On reviewing the website today, I see that 'fabric size' has been added into the options, which I don't think was there before, so maybe others had the same issue.”

“Great service and prompt delivery. The blinds are of very good quality. I didn't give 5 stars because I ordered with a pull cord but it didn't come with one and it would have been a hassle to fight for the tassel.”

“Buying is easy, quality of the product is excellent, fitting was a nightmare - the pins to enable a no drill installation bent easily and the whole process was time consuming. Once installed they look brilliant.”
