“Two blinds ordered..spring loaded. One was set correctly but the other was not tensioned. Have yet to determine if this can be corrected on site.”

“Ordering was easy and the quality of the product is good, however the claim of being total blackout is not accurate as the side rails leave a gap between the wall and themselves which had to be filled with sealant. The cassette which contains the blind needs additional fittings along the top to hold it onto the wall above the window, otherwise it is pulled away by its own weight and light comes over the top. The overall fit was reasonable but could be tighter and more accurately cut to fit the space. With some modification and gap filling I achieved about 98% blackout. The fittings are easy but also plastic and can break if you are not careful.”

“We ordered a custom blind so used our own photograph. Throughout the process we were updated on the progress of our order and sent proofs for comment before the order was dispatched. Once the design was approved dispatch took a couple of days. We are so pleased with the result. I would highly recommend this company for the quality of the product and the customer care given.”
