The blind is good quality and came reasonably quickly - although I think the 'next day delivery' needs to be explained more as it wasn't clear whether it was next day after I placed my order, or next day after it was dispatched - I think it was 4 days eventually as there was a weekend in between.

An excellent product exactly as advertised. The fitting instructions should be improved - I was unclear regarding the twist to lock feature on the roller blinds and had to phone you for assistance. The slots in the frames need to be more accurate - I fitted the clips exactly as suggested with a credit card and after spending 30 minutes trying to fix the first blind I found that I needed to move the clips to match the slots in the frame! So it is not a simple matter of assembling the frame, inserting the clips and fixing the blinds as you suggest. However now the blinds are installed I am very happy with the product.

This level of review is based on the quality of the blinds.if it was based on the delivery company it would be minus 5 .XDP was the courier. There manager promised a refund through yourselves to me, I am still waiting. G Naylor.

The order was delivered on time and the blinds fitted perfectly. I made a mistake as I didn't order the same coloured fittings

Very easy ordering process. I have bought PerfectFit roller and Venetian blinds and both are good quality and so easy to fit. Delivery was quicker than forecast. All in all I was very pleased.

Unhelpful customer service here unfortunately - was led to believe the provided spacers would help with window handle fitting issues when this proved not to be the case no support or help was offered. Would not order from here again there are lots of companies selling these products with much better after care for customers.

Great advice on the phone to help me choose the right product for me. Easy to assemble and absolutely spot on: the colour is perfect and matches my laminate floor and the blinds look fantastic in my living room without eating up the space around the window. Why I didn't rate them "very good"? I used Topcashback to make my order online. Something went wrong on the "orderblinds" website. When I claimed my cashback later through Topcashback, the seller denied it for some far-fetched reasons and refused to pay it. Not very cool!

This is my second blind review as I ordered two. Very pleased look strong and well made. Haven't put them up yet as decided to decorate. Would order again.

Still in shock. Ordered a Total Blackout Blind in September. Love the concept of these blinds and was excited to order for my babies bedroom. Blind arrived very quickly- once husband had installed the blind we noticed a dent in the top so emailed Order Blinds Online and they arranged for a replacement. Blind 2 arrived and when installed noticed black marks on the Ivory fabric. Again a replacement was arranged. Blind 3 arrived and when installed noticed a black hand print and a hole in the blackout material. Safe to say I am disappointed! An offer of a fourth blind has been made but I have no confidence that this one will be free of black marks due to previous experience. I suggested a replacement in a darker colour to hide any black marks which Order Blinds say they will accept as a ‘gesture’! When i choose the only other colour which is suitable for the room I am told that can’t be done as it isn’t in the price range of the original material. No acknowledgement that this is their mistake- 3 mistakes made! For a matter of pounds they won’t allow me a suitable blind which lets not forget is not the original I ordered. When I say that isn’t acceptable and I want a refund I am told a refund will only be issued once the blind is collected and returned. Again- disbelief. What is my 6 month old daughter supposed to do in the week it’ll Take to collect the blind and process a refund? I’m unable to buy another until my original £150 is refunded. No acknowledgment of this whatsoever. Also no acknowledgment that I am now in a worse position than I was before- I have holes in my window frame bespoke to the Total Blackout Blind and I have no idea if I can find a similar product to hide/Re use the holes. Stay away from this company. Their attitude stinks.
