Only 4 stars! One (of two) blinds went wrong; oh dear, however, after sales service is definitely 5 star, their replacing the dud item, no problem, no trouble!

Beautiful double blinds. Easy to fit. Only one comment (and it isn’t a negative). It would be great to have a choice of density of transparent blind. (Like a density of voile or net). But love them so much I purchased 3 😀

I have spent over £700 on blinds , the delivery was quick and well packed. We are over the moon with them,easy to fit with the instructions that come with them. Customer service has been very very good 👍 Would recommend this company

First time customer, only wanted slats for my vertical blinds, found the company via an online search- and so glad I did!! Ordering was easy, the blind slats were delivered swathed in bubble wrap for protection, really pleased with the quality and manufacture, already recommended the firm to one of my neighbours! Won't be shopping anywhere else for future home improvements!! John in Liverpool ( aged 65)

The blind that we ordered is exactly what we hoped for - it was so easy to fit, it fits in the window space perfectly, and is of good quality too. Really happy with it and more so that it was good value as well. We would happily purchase another blind from you when we need one.

When I had problems installing the blind, the customer service at OrderBlinds went to much trouble to sort me out including discussing the problem with the manufacturers. This was despite the fact that I'd bought the blind nearly two years previously.

We ordered two sunscreen blinds for our sitting room windows. The blinds arrived on time and in perfect condition. We had to put a 5mm block of wood behind one of the brackets to get them to fit, but it was easy to do and they look good.

The ordering was easy, blinds as described and delivered within the given timeframe. Instructions inside didn't match the product, but a quick youtube search helped with installation.

I ordered two blinds, one was 5mm short of measurements supplied. No instructions for fitting were supplied, had to figure them out. If details of fitting had been shown when ordered i would have made changes to the order.

Really pleased with my blind. Great quality and arrived quickly. I hadn't seen the design anywhere else and it was exactly what I was looking for. I found the online measuring guide really helpful. I would definitely use Order Blinds again in the future.

We are very pleased with our blind but found the chane kept breaking. Understand what the chain has a safety catch but as this was a large heavy blind we had to but some clips to make it more secure.

My order was a Lorna Syson fabric roller blind. It is lovely and beautifully made. The order was swift and accurate. My only regret is that I didn't have a reverse roll direction. This was my fault and it would have looked so much better with the fabric covering the actual roller mechanism, rather than it showing the plain white lining. I will definitely order from them again.

I am very pleased with the blinds, however, on their website you can choose standard or reverse roll but it does not make it clear what these mean, ie standard was from the back & reverse from the front!! which I only found out once they were delivered, I was under the impression that reverse roll would be from the back of the blind (which is what I wanted). Very disappointed with the Courier that was used, they gave me three dates for my delivery a Friday, then Monday & then Tuesday. They were then delivered on the Tuesday. I do not know if I would use them again due to courier issues & the standard & reverse rolls. Quality of blinds very nice though.
