“Was very hard to get the password and start the course and now I finish the course I paid for certificate but one week and didn't arrive yet. Basically I am not happy at all.”

“The course has a lot of information relevant and very interesting. I really enjoyed it and it made me more confident with my writing. There was a bit of repetition of the info from time to time and I think the tests after each module were not very good. For example there was a question asking how many narrative styles are there and the next question said The 3 narrative styles are... Overall I had a very good time accumulating all the info and I would better get some writing done. Thank you.”

“I found the course to be very unprofessional throughout. There were frequent spelling and grammatical errors, which immediately casts negativity in my mind. Some of the answers I gave in the quizzes and final assessment were marked incorrectly, when in fact they were correct as I went back over the course and found the answers in the content. I received two higher distinctions, so this is not written out of bitterness, but overall I was incredibly disappointed.”

“There were too many grammar mistakes on the content of course. The exam questions were just copied fragments of sentences from the lesson contetn. They were not actual questions. There many questions that were not even written properly. Such as writinf "free paying" instead of "fee paying" and there causing me to fail the quiz because obviously fee and free are two different things. Also, I paid for a certificate and there's no indication anywhere that I'm going to receive or when I'm going to receive it. This a mess. Don't bother.”

“Have been studying with this company for awhile I am now on my 3rd course and I must say I'm enjoying the courses the prices are amazing. And you can study in your own time. I will definitely be choosing another course as soon as I have completed this one. I highly recommend this company to anyone who would like to add an extra qualification to their cv and gain some excellent knowledge. Give it a go....”

“In my view you need to make two changes. All multiple choice questions should have four options so candidates have not got a 50% chance of getting a True/False question correct. Secondly the Higher Distinction level of pass should be set at a 90% score rather than 75%, whilst the Distinction should require a 70% score. I would like to have seen the travel and tourism course I completed more COTAC/IATA orientated.”

“An excellent way to study, especially when you have to work as well. One thing I think could be improved is showing when your course is purchased so you are aware of your deadline date. I have purchased a number of courses and completed them. However, last year family circumstances put a halt on my courses, which I was concerned about not completing before the deadlines.”
