“The speech therapy course I did was very informative.Others I looked at just focused on the job and what you needed but yours gave me lots more background information that will help me in my role of teaching assistant helping children with their speech.Only problem I have had is I ordered two other course for teaching assistant hoping it would cover all age group but they only cover senior which is no help to me .It didn’t say on the information at the start before I paid either .”

“Value for money courses. Speedy delivery upon purchase of course. Superb offers. Splendid slides and informative solutions to improve careers and gain employment. “Very fast and efficient service when initially signing up for a course. I feel my course is lacking pictures and videos which would greatly enhance the written material - I have had to Google several things for a clearer explanation - and would make the learning less monotonous.”

“I’ve really enjoyed my horse care and stable management course so much that I got the equine psychology course immediately after I’d passed with a higher distinction! These are amazing courses that have really solidified knowledge and also shows potential clients about my continued professional development for my equine business. Any more equine courses added I will certainly complete.”

“I took the canine nutrition class I have a service dog in it important for me to understand his nutritional needs. I was excited about this class because I wanted to ensure my dogs howl and make sure I was doing the right thing by him since he helps me and my day-to- day life. This class help me do that thank you. I only wish there was an advanced class to do with it. Do the company's communication skills need some work I had trouble getting the payment options to function on the site even after calling my bank.”

“I studied Health and Social Care Levels 4 & 5 Advanced Management Diplomas and enjoyed both courses very much. The Level 4 has some distinct Spelling/Grammar errors which I pointed out to Oplex and they have said they would get the Tutor to look into this. Level 5 was better and very motivational which really opens your thought process up and gets the mind working. The exams are challenging, so you need to take in what you are learning. There is a lot of work based around the different Acts i.e. The Care Act 2014, DoLS, Meds, Safeguarding and their governing Boards etc. It is very visually overloaded which spoilt things a little as I felt there could have been voice overs, worksheets, Q & A's etc to break up the monotony of just constant slides. Support staff were very helpful when I had an IT issue and replied in rapid response. My Certificates arrived very quickly too which was great as I wanted them to take to an interview. I like the fact that they give you your grade on the Certs i.e., Higher Distinction, Distinction, Pass etc which is something I have not seen any other provider do before. I would definitely recommend Oplex and would study again with them.”

“Really enjoyed the Horse and stable management course. Only constructive feedback would be for there to be images relevant to the slides, for example when describing a particular brush - show an image of it as there are so many different types that new students may not be familiar with.”
