“Minute Taking Training - one star as I couldn't give zero. This course is not worth the money or time. It states it will take 40 hours but I finished in less than one hour. The course is not interactive, it is simply reading short page after short page of text, with no videos or interesting images. While there is limited information for a real beginner, I don't feel I learned any of the 'skills' which were promised around producing minutes. Gems include - Barriers to Listening: being attracted to the speaker (seriously?), and the module on Note Taking which had nothing to do with minutes at all. The website states that this course was previously £199.99 which is an outrageous claim, I am angry that I paid the 'sale price' of £14.00.”

“I am happy with my purchase of the courses I have, these are at an affordable level of cost and the ability to purchase additional hard copies of certificates, which I have found are preferred when submitting portfolios and applying for posts. So far I enjoyed the first course completed this one well within the time limit and received my certificates although I would have liked to have been given the option of adding a progression to add the additional section of the course from level 2 to add and achieve the level 3 of the same course as I had completed. I am in the process of my next course, which due to my work commitments will take a little longer I feel, but hopefully will assist in my work/development in my role. Additionaly although you have the option of being sent an e-copy of your certificate as I also purchased the Student card, I did not receive any options to show I could benifit from reductions which I expected when booking the second course etc.”

“Your courses are so amazing but your awarding certificate keeps long. l did a course in Health and Home care with email address kwasiboadu1010@gmail.com but with soo many hours after passing this course, l haven't receive my certificate in my email. Certificate should be awarded instantly as soon as you pass the final assessment”
