“Easy to follow courses, although they have made some changes over the last few months. (can't decide if it's a good or bad thing) After final assessment, certificate is taking longer to come through. (was instantly before) Wide range of courses at affordable prices. Great layout of home screen so all you need is in one place. Highly recommend. No doubt will be a few more courses added to my list in the future.”

“Course split in to modules, easy to read, there is a quiz at the end of each module which helps test your knowledge on the module you have just read, assessments set out well, was told result straight away, just starting my next course, thoroughly enjoyed it.”

“This is a good course using power-point type pages. However some of the information needs to be updated, in particular that for classification of burns - and it should state that ANY burn to a small child must be assessed by a Healthcare Professional. Also and types of wound needs to re reviewed, especially as this is a paediatric course.”

“At least one question incorrect Dyspraxia called DCD not DPD. Reasonable information, a few questions phrased oddly which made answering difficult. Service mapping not so relevant for what information I needed. Some grammatical/spelling errors too.”

“Purchased 'Dog Walking & Pet Sitting' hard copy certificate 2 weeks ago costing £9.99 and as yet haven't received it! E-mailed on Friday to inform Oplex of this but as yet they haven't responded to my enquiry. I feel very disappointed as worked hard to achieve my 'Higher Distinction!'”
