“I am on my third course and have found them very interesting. I am currently working thru the Excel 3 course bundle, the only criticism I would have is that no mention was made regarding the manual downloading of 2 courses. It caused me some anxiety.”

The course notes are developed by our tutor team and is then handed over to another member of the team to proof and check through. While we aim for spelling and other errors to be 100% free in the materials, sometimes such mistakes can be missed. “I'd like to give the courses a 'good' rating, given the prices, but the standard of grammar and sentence structure in some of them is very, very poor. If you don't have a basic understanding of the subject this can prove problematic. Also, some of the questions in the end of module tests are repeated. Yes, the courses are well priced and in some cases, very informative. When providing online courses, proof reading material is a basic necessity. It's good that purchasers are reminded when their course is coming to an end but this also has been muddled in my case. Some of the images are outdated and do not reflect a multicultural, multi sized, neuro diverse etc society. It is common knowledge that there is a very high proportion of mature students and disabled students. Some of the images can be off putting while you're trying to read e.g. a woman grinning inanely.”

“Canine nutrition course was detailed and enjoyable, key knowledge that will be really useful for further study/employment or even just for your own dog. Also it’s good to be able to learn something and keep your brain active at home in lockdown!”
