“I ordered paediatric first aid. Only when I opened the first page of the syllabus that I realised it didn’t give me the qualification at all. A certificate from you isn’t recognised as you need to do a practical elsewhere before you get the qualification. I asked for a refund straight away and have not heard from anyone and that was nearly a week ago”

“Realy great service. Quick delivery of high-quality course material. I've been impressed by the depth of some, but not all of them. I've had to contact customers services only once, but they quickly sorted out a small hiccup with a non-delivery of a certificate.”

“I was very pleased with my first course.. i was given much information in great depth and this helped me to gain the knowledge to complete my course. I have since ordered a 2nd course, I received my email to state it had been added to my account.. which it hasn’t! I’ve emailed twice, 2/3 days apart and not even had a reply!”

“The course provided a insight into the subject I wanted to study. The only downside is the barrage of marketing e-mails that follow the course and no way to stop them.”

“I passed my Level 4 SEN exam with a lot of my own study, mid way through the course it changed without any notification but because I’m in this line of work the changes were little impact but could be on someone else, also some of the questions in the exam were not covered in the study pack at all so knowledge of the subject is key, it was hard going to get a high grade but with perciverence it was worth it.”

“As a quiet person I find it hard to attend courses that I wanted to do in Tech because I had it through my head that everyone was better, had more experience and I felt that I couldn't live up to what other people were doing. When I found Oplex online! The list of courses that are available was good, this gave me a great opportunity to do the course that I took an interest in and is relevant to the field of work that I am in. Oplex gave me the confidence to do this course and to be able to pass it without feeling under pressure of trying to compete with other people, if I was taking the course in a classroom setting. I have placed more courses, look forward to doing, enjoy, hopefully pass and add to my CV at the end of it all Anyone who is thinking of doing courses but don't want to do them in a classroom setting. I strongly recommend Oplex. Not only will you find out shortly after on the results, the prices are really affordable too with the discount they have from the original price. I am happy that I have this opportunity to do these courses. Thank you so much and I look forward to taking on more courses with Oplex Many Thanks Fiona”

“Hi, Module 1 of the course earned me a bare pass (40%), I was using a laptop for this and only the headlines were showing clearly. Since then, I have switched to stand-alone full size monitor and seen my results go up, this may have been area but the difference is worth mentioning.”
