“Great range of courses and excellent deals available. The courses are very informative and well layed out. However, sometimes there are spelling mistakes and the sentences are jumbled.”

“Some of the notes were copied and pasted from somewhere else and didn't make sense. There information was not consistent in some notes. Otherwise good.”

“I have been extremely pleased with the courses that have been offered and in turn the two that I have successfully completed. The ease of access to course material and the quality of it. “Wanted to learn more about SEN children. This course was easy to access and complete. Enjoyed the ease of being able to study at my own pace so much so have now enrolled on another course.”

“It was very informative. Super easy. The final exam you could probably pass without having done the course. I revised for ages but found the questions very simple. I found the modules quite repetative which was a bit gruelling. But overall a good introductory course. I am now doing another course.”

“The course was great but I didn’t have much access to all the portal opportunities as described on the website. On completion, I did not receive my certificate in the form of PDF, as described on the description and my only option was to purchase the hard copy, which I was going to do but I’m having to scan the certificate to attach as a supportive document when applying for things. A little disappointed. I am looking at another course but not sure whether I should, as there were a few minor negatives.”

“Found course interesting and i have learnt alot in the short time taking on the role. I think that it is not right to charge for a certificute of our achievment on the course as you have to pay to take course.”

“Great service to start but has slowly deteriorated. I purchased more courses which until getting onto your technicians didnt appear in my account. I have been working my way through courses and some of them say 'see diagram' and there isnt one. Also i feel some of the final assessment questions are actually wrong. I have also found modules repeating themselves with some facts and those facts being different to the first set of facts given. Doesn't really help when your doing a first aid course. Sorry but i dont think i would be recommending you.”
