“Oplex Careers is a good company for studying and at a great price, but the only thing is you do not receive your certificate via pdf at the end of the course when you have been successfull as promised at the start of the course, I recently completed a Veterinarian Nursing Course Level 2 but I have still not received my certificate via pdf although I have sent an email enquiring about it and I have heard nothing since. I have completed all that hard work for nothing as I have got nothing to show for it. This obtaining certificates at end of courses on completion via pdf needs looking into for other students benefits as they could be in the same boat as me.”

“Oplex provides a solution for anyone who has a busy schedule but can't access classroom based training. It has a technology platform which is user-friendly with scope to learn and consolidate new and existing interest, knowledge and hobbies into a educational learning platform. The courses to date have been practical and provided me a genuine insight into the topics that I purchased and which can be transferred to a hands on practical level. I have recommended Oplex to other people as well.”

“We bought sign language courses for ourselves and our children, as I am finding hearing increasingly difficult. The first module that actually begins teaching sign language is littered with errors and omissions (the first two modules are background and history of sign language). In my career I have written many distance learning courses, so offered comprehensive and constructive feedback, as invited to by the Oplex person I contacted at their head office. I have had no acknowledgement of or response to the document I prepared and submitted to them, so asked my wife to request a refund, only to be told that unless requested within 14 days of the order no refund will be made. Surely the whole point of distance learning is that you complete it in a time to suit you. We hadn't even looked at the course by 14 days. What concerns me most though is that a so-called learning institution is sending out material that is clearly not fit for purpose, and then ignoring a customer with relevant knowledge and skills who offers constructive feedback. Shameful.”

“I have just bought an online course with Oplex Careers and I am very disappointed. I was looking for an motivator, dynamic and inspirator online course but what I have found is just the opposite. I would like to get back my fees.”

“The courses are really good and provide very helpful info to help you pass and give great insight in to job careers. They also have a good range of courses to suit everyone. Although not so good when something goes wrong and you need help and dont get a reply from the help desk!”

“I really liked the course itself it was easy to manage and learn , however now that I have passed my course I haven’t received my email or my certificate through the post yet today will be day 5. I would recommend the courses to anyone who wants to learn new things .i am already looking at starting a new course myself if the certificates come through lol . Also it’s so cheap too I love it”

“It's just a powerpoint presentation. I could read that on the internet instead paying for a course that is of such low quality.”
