“The content was ok, aimed at early years mostly (under 6). The anger management module was useful. It is predominantly aimed at parents who are willing and want to help their children. It would be useful to suggest ways others, such as grandparents, can help when parents don’t. My main bug bear is the poor grammar in the course material which holds the course back. It should be carefully proof red by at least two people. Luckily I paid the sale price. It’s is not worth the full price.”

“I bought the Maths GCSE Past Papers course. It says that you can do it online but you can't, you have to download and print PDF copies. The papers are not past GCSE ones, they are written by them and do not cover the complete GCSE. There are supposed to be tutor explanations and answer methods, this is a just a page of answers at least one of which is incorrect. Supposedly over 40 hours of learning, the two papers they give you take 3-4 hours. The Assessment tab says end of module test and a final assessment, neither of these exist so you cannot gain a certificate. I requested a refund as the course is completely different to what they claim but they refused as I had logged in to the course, how are you supposed to know it isn't what it says it is before you buy it? I am currently going through Paypal to get my money back as, by Distance Selling law, you are entitled to a refund within 14 days. I suggest everyone else does that so that they cannot get away with it anymore.”

“The AML course was excellent. The content and structure were perfect for a beginner. Only feedback would be for the end of module tests to be longer and more difficult to prep for the end of assessment test.”

“Easy to follow. Liked mini quiz at the end of each module - very helpful. There were, however, a number of spelling mistakes within the course reading materials (Admin & Secretarial) which I feel should have been spotted and corrected (not by candidate doing the course). Otherwise I enjoyed the course.”

“Purchased the level 3 nursery nurse course, but soon learned it’s not an actual government accepted qualification. Got a refund within the same day of purchasing. I asked their online chat if it’s an official qualification and they said no, it’s just training. Upon asking Ofsted and other official universities and colleges, they informed me the courses here are merely training as well - not the proper qualifications you need for some roles such as working with children. Some professions may accept these courses as qualifications, but ask your intended career people first before buying these courses! If you already have the official government accepted qualifications, the courses Oplex offers may be accepted as further training once you are fully qualified. Do your own research first.”

“This is my second course with Oplex Careers. The course material is delivered in a professional way. I am learning a lot and I can’t wait to apply all this new information in the workplace. Another great thing about Oplex Careers is that there is such a big variety of courses available and you can build upon them. The staff working for Oplex Careers has also been friendly and helpful.
