“I enjoyed the course, it was informative and the site easy to navigate. I flew through the units, as they kept me engaged. I attained between 80 and 100 percent on units, first attempt, I therefore the delivery was right in order to retain the facts for the tests. I know that individuals have different preferences, but I think the transcript should be included with either pdf or hard copy certificate. Also for Hard Copy certificate and transcript to cost the same as the course, is a bit too much. £9.99 for the two would be more reasonable. The Hard Copies need to be in another card surround, then envelope. My certificate had a couple of corners dinked in post.”

“I bought 2 courses, psychology (completed)and beravment counselling (ongoing) I enjoyed the former, even if it was a bit longwinded at times, I've learnt a lot, and will probably pursue a university course in the subject. My ultimate goal however, is to become a grief counsellor, for as a bereaved parent myself, I feel its something that I have an affinity for. Whilst I'm learning invaluable knowledge, there are jarring text mistakes, broken sentences and I've found that I've had to re read module pages more than once to understand the context. Apart from that, your course selection is extensive and very attractively priced and I've recommended you to quite a few interested people.”

“I completed the Contract Law module. Unfortunately, the poor English was distracting and made the text confusing to read - this really needs to be improved. I can only hope that the legal principles are dealt with more accurately. For that reason, I would only recommend this module as a quick revision tool rather than a learning tool.”

“These short courses are OK if you want to gain some information or keep your information up to date. There is no way as far as I can see to save the information from the course so the information gained is easily lost. I have completed some animal care and horse care certificates. These are mainly for my own information and a hobbie which I started in lock down-abit of fun and to further my knowledge as an animal owner- they are quite basic so not sure how they would be received by employees but good to gain basic knowledge and build a foundation. As I say a bit of fun for me and I have enjoyed completing them.”
