“Didn't really rate the PTSD course much. Is was just a bunch of slides with information on via bullet points. Was ok for £19 on offer but definitely wouldn't have paid the £299 price for it. Communication and site access is really good though- runs nice and smooth.”

“It has been a week since receiving my course details, and I have had to email practically every day as I can't access all the content. I have received 1 email back saying that they have refreshed my account, but this hasn't solved the problem. Wouldn't recommend.”

“I have been using Oplex for some time now and I am happy with courses (CRM, employment law, psychology of business). Exellent slides, lots of information, no spelling mistakes, very clear and easy to learn, no links to someone elses youtube channels and useless tutorials, etc. (happened with other course provider). The only thing I wish to see would be courses with Level 5, 6.. to develop the knowledge further. At the moment I only went across courses up to level 4. Otherwise I am happy with courses and feel they add value to my cv.”

“Oplex are extremely professional the courses are great and exceptional value also if you contact them for support they get back to you within48 hours,I unfortunately have a problem trying to read a course I purchased but confident they will sort it I love studying and will be doing more courses most of the course I study I have already been trained at but I use as picking up information that some times we may have forgotten brilliant company”

“Great courses. Really easy format and easy to keep track of progress. Only thing I have found mildly annoying is that sometimes whel I logged in my courses had vanished and I had lists of random courses on my page so I couldn't do anything.”

“I have bought 2 course from Oplex. I concentrated on the Legal Secretary course first and achieved over 80% in the final assessment. However I am yet to receive the PDF certificate for this. Hence the lower star rating as I found the course and modules overall very interesting and knowledgeable. I am yet to complete the introduction to Law course yet as I am still working on this but am happy with the content in both. Just wish I had received the PDF certificate for the one I've already done.”
