“The courses were split into smaller modules that were easier to work through and much better for not giving you an overload of information at 1 time. They were worded well and easy to follow. I enjoyed learning my course this way.”

“I work as Teaching Assistant so doing this TA level 3 course was quite easy to complete.The course is good ,there was quite a few new things i learnt.Overall i was pleased but it was a bit unpleasant to see that there was quite a lot of spelling mistakes and some information was a bit confusing. It was really easy to do end of module test,did not need a lot of time to complete it. Final assessment was a bit different,I was a bit nervous taking it but it went well,got 45 out of 50,was suppose to be 48 out of 50 but there were some technical issues which,even after i reported them,have not been sorted,nothing was done.There were 3 questions where you had to choose 3 different answers from 3 different options and after giving the right answer I was told I was supposed to use the same word in all three places which made absolutely no sense.Checked the course notes and I was right,I gave the correct answer. I contacted customer service,reported the issue but very disappointed to see that no one replied to my email even if i was told they'll get in touch in 48 hours”

“The courses were easy to find and I was glad that I can do the courses in my own time so there was no pressure I found the assessments really good as it tells you there and then that you've passed will definitely be doing other courses with them”

“I really enjoy learning new thing's and Oplex gives a good base understanding. I think some of the courses could do with being reviewed for the test and info to be made clearer. But I will continue to study with Oplex.”

“Extremely easy to access, clearly laid out course. All modules had opportunities to check your understanding at the end and there were mock final assessment questions so you had knowledge of the type of questions you would face. Feedback was instant and email communication was prompt. I received a downloadable certificate but have also purchased a hard copy for my employers.”
