“The courses were great but it’s been a week now and I have not received my certificate and it says 1-3 days”

“I took the SEN level 4 course as I work as a teacher in Hong Kong and really wanted more knowledge on SEN. The course was easy to follow and very informative, although I should have given myself more time to read through all the material. I view the certificate as a supportive measure when applying for teaching opportunities (also purchased hard copy of certificate).”
