“I have completed several of these courses now and are all great value for money and are straight forward and very informative. My only one bit of advice is to proof read what has been submitted in a course module. There has been several spelling mistakes through some of my courses which may be misleading to some people. Thank you.”

“The slides were easy to follow. The questions in the quizzes were more or less reasonable apart from some that seemed slightly odd - why is it necessary to know how many steps it takes to open a Twitter account? But the element I found really surprising is that the grammar and style used in many of the slides is really quite bad, were they written by native English speakers. I'd be happy to edit them if you like.”

“I wrote an e-mail to info@oplexcareers.com and my reply was signed by 'Helpdesk'. I must say that this person went out of his/her way to give me excellent service and went beyond when I accidently paid for two transcripts. 'Helpdesk' confirmed that it was a mistake and without me asking, got me a refund. Thank you for the outstanding attention/service received. As I have always said; unfortunately, all we do is complain and never give credit to employees who excel in their service to the clients.”

“I did the Advanced First Aid for Puppies and Dogs and I have to say it needs looking at. It repeated whole sentences, like it was copied and pasted. It said see diagrams there wasn't any!!! At all!!! Some of the questions were badly written! The whole thing was badly done and needs a total overhaul. Its a good job I had first Aid knowledge anyway. So I did pass it. But you seriously need to look at it.”

“I'm sorry to say that the course I purchased (eating disorders) only took me 3 hours to complete. The course information mentioned it could take up to 80 hours which was so far removed from the truth. I also found a number of grammatical mistakes throughout the course. To be honest, I felt like the course was a waste of money and time. I definitely won't be using Oplex Careers again.”
