“Cheap and easy to make a purchase. The course is easy to work through with an assessment at the end of each module. I was unable to log in on day 2 of my purchase. , I reported this as a fault but received no response. The issue resolved itself by the next day so all okay in the end”

“The Feline Behaviour and Psychology Course was informative and it was exposed in a very simple, practical and easy way to learn. I really enjoyed learning. However, I contacted them ( //www.oplexcareers.com/contact-us/ ) twice, due to one error/mistake that I found in the final assessment, and I got no answer until this day, so if you try to contact them it's absolutely useless.”

“I enjoyed reading about the history of my chosen course as there were some things I didn't know even though I had been to college on related courses. The only thing I MUST rate badly are the so called TUTORS! The lowest rating on here overall is 'Very Poor' and on the TUTOR side, even THAT isn't low enough! I contacted the Tutors no less than THREE TIMES both by the supplied 'contact us' route AND by direct email and to this day STILL have not had a single reply from them! So either they don't actually have any tutors or the Tutors are letting oplex down badly! This issues concerns me a LOT as I've got the next level (4) to do because I purchased the level 3 and 4 bundle. I feel some kind of explanation is in order and the very least Oplex can do is to investigate this tutor issue and supply that explanation???”

“The price for my course was very fair and I received the certificate immediately. I would have liked for the course to have more detail and information. However I would recommend courses for those who can't afford high priced courses and to those who want to study and from the comfort of their own homes.”

“The course material is of a high standard, you have a tester before taking the exam, everything is explained to the highest quality of any online courses I have done, and the to finish it off the price is excellent, always a sale on, I wont do any of my CPD training anywhere else, could possibly do with more accountancy courses to include CIS, VAT, making tax digital.”

“I've found this course very interesting indeed. Whilst I wouldn't commit to saying it's actually a level 3 course, I have certainly discovered quite a few things about my choice of studies that I didn't know and wasn't told even after two years in college! This was around the history of my chosen subject matter and so I'm very happy indeed to have done the level three and now beginning to start level 4. I feel like my knowledge of the subject itself has increased a lot.Thank you Oplex”
