“Bad service. I took the course which is excellent in itself but then I ordered two hard copies of my certificate, I paid and nothing was sent to me. I have been waiting for my paper copies for a week and I wonder where they are and if in case I will be reimbursed since I have not received anything. I tried to contact support via email but nobody ever replied. I wonder where the hard copies I ordered are and in case if I will be refunded I have not received anything. I paid for nothing.”

“Really enjoying the courses I have purchased. Looking forward to completing these and using my time during ‘lockdown’ to further my skills. Only comment I would make is that it would be easier if I were able to print the task sheets for reference, rather than flicking between screens, as errors can be made this way”

“It's been 20 years since I trained in behaviour and thought it was time for a refresher course. The Canine Behaviour course is very knowledgeable whether a beginner or more advanced to refresh. The price was Excellent and the content the same. I am now going to sign up for another course. Would highly recommend this course, as upto date with the rapidly changing world of Canine Behaviour. The terminology is in lay mans terms for newbies to understand. Great course for an incredible price. I used to pay double this price to attend a half day course, and the knowledge you gain is invaluable if working with canine.”

“I really enjoyed working through my level 2 Book keeping course. I found it easy to follow and I could go back over any part of the course that I wanted to. Also I could fit it around my work life.”
