“PDF certificates could come for a quicker at sometimes accessing the actual course, is a bit fiddly to do off an iPhone”

“The course is very well lead out. Delivery of certificate is quick and well done. My only things I found were not being able to get any help when asking questions I had. Also would be good to get transcript with certificate instead of paying twice.”

“Firstly I can not get on my course, you set up my password and sign in but it's no good it just won't work, I lie it did work yesterday morning but after noon locked me out, can you help?”
