“I bought the levels 2,3,4 bundle in TEFL. The problem is that when trying to get the certificates legalised, which nearly all countries require when teaching English abroad, it is not possible because of the words Foundation, Professional and Masters on the certificates. After contacting Oplex Customer Service they said that they cannot remove the words, so this makes the certificates worthless, an entire waste of time and money, !!!”

“I AM ONLY GIVING ACCEPTABLE BECAUSE I ASKED A COUPLE OF QUESTIONS WHEN SOMETHING WENT WRONG WITH THE LATEST COURSE I GOT AN ANSWER BACK TO ONE NOT THE OTHER BUT THE ANSWER STILL DID NOT CORRECT THE PROBLEM SO RESENT THE EMAIL AND AS OF NOW HAVE NOT HAD A REPLY. DST”

“"Used Oplex Careers twice now, straight forward, no hassle booking the courses I required. The information, detail and contents of each course was clear, informative and educational. I liked the idea of the tests at the end of each module before being allowed to progress to the next one, good indicator that I actually understood and could use the information supplied. I do like the idea that I could progress at my own speed and when it came to the final assessments, I knew I was ready and I gained a Higher Distinction in both courses. Can't recommend OPlex highly enough, I'll be doing more courses in the near future.”

“The executive office skills course taught me precisely nothing. The course read like it had been auto-translated from another language and contained words that aren't in common usage in English prose, the grammar was appalling with plenty of spelling errors, and the content was longwinded and repetitive. The end of module questions frequently bore no relation to the content of the module. The final assessment contained duplicate questions which again didn't relate to the content of the course. I really thought I had been scammed due to the above mentioned issues and I didn't receive the certificate after completing the course, so I raised the issue with Paypal. Only then did Oplex respond and send me the certificate, presumably to prevent me from escalating the issue with Paypal and demanding a refund. To summarise: diabolically bad.”
