“Customer Service and delivery both great and my desk is of great quality. My only issue is that the only measurements available online were of the draws but as the pictures looked fine I ordered any way. Unfortunately when the desk arrived the draws are a lot deeper and the legs much shorter than you can see on the picture which means you actually have very little leg space when sitting at the desk. The product also said the desk would arrive fully assembled but I had to unpack the box and put the legs on the desk.”

“We recently purchased a shoe cupboard from Only Oak Furniture. Although the item was shown as being available within a couple of weeks, the following day we had a call to apologise but it would not arrive for a month or so after that. However, we were asked whether rather than waiting, we would prefer to cancel the order with an immediate refund - what excellent service. The cupboard actually arrived within the extended timescale and is a really nice piece of furniture. I would thoroughly recommend the company for its service.”

“Ordered the Abington stow away table and I am so impressed with the product. It fits the corner of my kitchen perfectly and was so easy to assemble. The product came wrapped extremely carefully. Highly recommend this company.”

“Had an horrendous experience but, after speaking to the MD he did understand our issues, took responsibility and dealt with them as speedily as he was able Bearing in mind that he was relying on his supplier to do the same and they were relying on their courier. As the customer we were the last in line. However all was well in the end and we were happy with the product. Hopefully all have learnt from the experience and the next time we use them the service will be seamless”

“Pleased to receive our furniture but discovered that one of the two items delivered was wrong. Having received prompt reply from Only Oak Furniture re the mix up, they told me that my item will be delivered some time after mid April when it is back in stock and original item collected at the same time. Fingers crossed.”

“I recently purchased a lamp table from the Z furniture range. Absolutely delighted with my purchase. The table is solid oak with a beautiful finish. Very sturdy piece of furniture. Looks amazing in my conservatory with a nice lamp. Will definitely be purchasing more items in this range.”
