“The early delivery was nice. The delivery driver was very good and got the sideboard and coffee table into the house very carefully. As for the furniture, it's brilliant.”

“I was looking to purchase a dining table and scouring the internet for the best price. Only Oak were keenly priced although not the very cheapest. Having had initial interactions with Only Oak and another two (slightly cheaper) internet retailers it was clear to me that Only Oak were a very well run company with excellent and prompt customer service so I ordered from them. Unfortunately for me during the ordering process my browser auto-completed only my post code wrong (previous address) so I didn't spot it and my delivery ended up failing. The manner and speed in which Only Oak sorted out the problem was extremely impressive and professional. I have no hesitation recommending this company even over slightly cheaper ones.”

“Really pleased with the furniture purchased - industrial oak cocktail cabinet, coffee table and lamp tables. Very good quality for the price paid. I’ve deducted a star for the delivery service…. Arrived at 7.10am without any warning. Guy just shrugged his shoulders at me which was an irritating starting point. Next bit was I’d paid for the furniture to be assembled and had a dispute about this as he thought he was just dumping boxes in the room. He eventually agreed to do assemble but wasn’t clear that he should be doing this so you need to sort these arrangements out for future customers. In fairness to him it became clear that he’d set off on a significant journey to us and then had to return to base and then set off on another huge journey after that…. About 500 miles in a day so I can see why he wanted to be away quickly. Took the shine off our new delivery though.”

“When I placed my order for this item: Burrill Oak 6 Wicker Basket Sideboard, I understood there was an 8 - 10 week wait. However I was lucky and received my order 2 weeks later. The item arrived very well protected and was delivered by a friendly and helpful person. The sideboard is just as described, just what I wanted and is totally suited to my purpose of purchasing it. I am 100% happy and wouldn't hesitate to use this company again, as it was a simple process from beginning to end and I was kept well informed.”

“Very helpful call centre after placing order. I missed a call from the delivery team but that didn't stop the team from locking in the delivery slot they knew I wanted on my behalf. The delivery itself was fantastic, a 3 man team delivered to my room of choice and took away all the rubbish after putting my table together (which I wasn't expecting). The table itself is really high quality and just what I expected.”
