“Ordered two outdoor lights. Lights good but one fitted with a two prong plug only. Asked for the attachment required and waited a month only to find when it turned up that it doesn't fit. Not great!”

“I was disappointed to find that my box of 6 only contained 5 and the clips were not attached and the plastic bags that should have held the bulbs had just been stuffed in the box. Not up to the standard of my previous 2 orders. I did send an email last week about this but haven’t heard back from you.”

“The price and availability of the light fittings was very good the LED Baton fittings need to have a longer cable it needs to extend past the centre of the fitting to enable the fitting to be centralised on the ceiling”

“Lamps both have water inside them so that’s getting into the electrics and the glass is steamed up making them look unsightly. I’ve emailed you separately about this. They seem inappropriate for outdoor use? I think the glass needs to be sealed and isnt?”
